We take many factors into consideration when we begin working on any new project. Your design will depend on how you intend to use the site. Basically, is this just information, or am I selling anything, what e-mails do you need, do you have the information or do you need time to gather it all? These are the types of questions that we start with, with any client. Our design process is defined below.
- Interview: We will meet with you either over the phone or in person which ever suits your needs. At this point we will discuss the number of pages and what type of content they will need. Also, we will discuss e-mail an contact information to be listed on the site.
- Proposal: After we have discussed your project MTS will begin preparing documentation that will show you the next steps we will take and what each step will involve. This will ensure that both parties are together on the project and ready to move forward.
- Deposit: Every project will require a small deposit to secure our time and resources for your project. This will be due before any work will begin on your project.
- Compiling Information: After we receive the deposit we will begin gathering or creating any additional technology that your site will need to function properly. While you will be gathering the information as requested in your proposal.
- Arranging & Editing: Once both parties have compiled all of the necessary data for the project we will begin arranging the information on the site as well as providing you access to view the development progress. This gives both parties the chance to make small changes before the need for larger ones becomes an issue.
- Final Approval & Payment: Once both parties are satisfied with the site and it's functionality we will require your final payment for the project.
- Deployment: Once the final payment for the project has been received for the project MTS will deploy the site live and you are in business.
- Maintenance: MTS also offers maintenance and hosting services which will be provided to you immediately if they were previously discussed or we will be happy to set you up with those services at any time.
